Suggested routine

1. Wet the skin and dispense a small amount of Foaming Shower Gel into the palm.
2. Allow the gel to transform into rich foam, spread over the body and rinse thoroughly.
3. Use Pink Sugar Scrub once or twice weekly on damp body skin.
4. Massage with gentle circular movements without excessive pressure and rinse thoroughly.
5. Pat the skin dry after showering.
6. Apply Rich Body Cream to clean, dry or slightly damp skin and massage gently.
7. Place the scented candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface away from flammable items.
8. Trim an excessively long wick before lighting and never leave the burning candle unattended.

Pharmacist advice

Using the sugar scrub once weekly is sufficient for most skin. Skin that tolerates exfoliation well may use it twice weekly, but more frequent or aggressive exfoliation can disrupt the protective skin barrier.

Apply the body cream while the skin is still slightly damp after showering. This helps the humectant and emollient ingredients maintain softness and reduce tightness.

The products are strongly fragranced. Fragrance-free care is preferable for active dermatitis, fragrance allergy or highly reactive skin.

Do not use the scrub on freshly shaved, waxed or sun-irritated skin. Wait until redness, stinging and sensitivity have completely settled.

The candle is intended to fragrance the room. Do not apply melted wax to the skin. Place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface and extinguish it before leaving the room or going to sleep.
