Directions for use

1. Wet body skin with lukewarm water.
2. Hold the container upright.
3. Dispense a small amount of gel into the palm.
4. Allow the gel to transform into rich foam.
5. Spread evenly over damp body skin.
6. Massage gently without aggressive rubbing.
7. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
8. Pat the skin dry with a towel.
9. Follow with body cream, lotion or body mask when required.

Pharmacist advice

Only a small amount is required for one shower. The gel rapidly expands into rich foam, so using more does not provide better cleansing.

Use lukewarm water for daily showering. Very hot water and prolonged showers can further dry the skin and increase tightness.

For normal skin, the product may be used daily when well tolerated. Apply body cream or lotion while the skin is still slightly damp.

Very dry, atopic or highly reactive skin may tolerate fragranced and highly foaming formulas less well. Mild fragrance-free syndets or shower oils may be more suitable.

Persistent itching, redness, cracking, scaling or weeping requires assessment and targeted care.
