Order and directions for use

1. Wet body skin with warm or lukewarm water.
2. Dispense a small amount of foaming shower gel into the palm.
3. Allow the gel to transform into rich foam on contact with water.
4. Massage gently over the body and rinse thoroughly.
5. Use the salt scrub once or twice weekly on damp skin.
6. Massage using gentle circular movements without excessive pressure.
7. Concentrate on the elbows, knees and lower legs.
8. Rinse thoroughly and carefully clean any slippery shower surface.
9. Apply the body cream to clean, dry or slightly damp skin.
10. When lighting the candle for the first time, allow the top wax layer to melt evenly.
11. Trim the wick to approximately 5 mm before subsequent use.
12. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Pharmacist advice

The scrub does not need to be used every day. Once weekly is usually sufficient, or no more than twice weekly when the skin tolerates mechanical exfoliation well.

Massage the salt crystals gently. Vigorous or prolonged rubbing does not provide a better result and may cause redness, stinging and skin-barrier disruption.

Apply the body cream shortly after showering while the skin is still slightly damp. This helps the emollient ingredients reduce moisture loss and tightness.

For active dermatitis, very dry or cracked skin and confirmed fragrance allergy, gentle fragrance-free products without abrasive particles are preferable.

The scented candle creates a pleasant atmosphere but has no medical effect and is not a treatment for stress, insomnia or sleep disorders.
