Refalgin syrup is a medical device based on magnesium alginate with a banana flavor, intended for the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux in children and its associated symptoms. Refalgin syrup acts mechanically by forming a gel barrier that physically prevents the reflux of acidic stomach contents into the esophagus, providing fast and effective protection.

Refalgin syrup effectively alleviates symptoms such as regurgitation, heartburn, nausea, and vomiting. In addition to stopping acid, this viscous gel attaches to the stomach wall, thereby protecting the mucosa and aiding in the treatment of esophagitis, hoarseness, and irritating cough caused by reflux.

Composition:

Magnesium alginate – a natural compound from algae that creates an "anti-reflux barrier" on the surface of stomach contents.
Simethicone – helps eliminate gas bubbles and reduces bloating.
Xanthan gum – contributes to optimal viscosity and mucosal protection.
Excipients: fructose, citric acid, banana flavor, water, preservatives (sodium methyl and propyl 4-hydroxy benzoate).

Children over 12 years: 10–15 ml.

For export of goods abroad through DHL service, the shipping price is 2,700.00 RSD. Delivery time is 1-5 business days (depending on the country of delivery)

Shipping cost is with tax. The price includes the delivery of the parcel to the buyer's address with the associated tax and customs at the seller's expense. A possible additional cost may be a customs charge against the buyer, depending on the country to which the package is being shipped.
