Can Puzzle cream be used every day on oily, blemish-prone skin?

Puzzle Antibacterial Cream is a moisturising face cream from the Puzzle range by the manufacturer Nevena, intended for problem skin prone to acne and pimples. According to the manufacturer, its combination of active components helps prevent acne and pimples while cleansing and moisturising the skin.

The formula contains tea tree oil, salicylic acid, white kaolin (clay) and a fermentation-derived sebum-control ingredient that the manufacturer describes as 100% natural. For care and soothing, it also contains vitamin E (tocopheryl acetate), bisabolol, allantoin, panthenol and aloe juice.

The cream absorbs quickly, so it can also be worn under make-up. In the Puzzle routine it comes after cleansing with the gel or soap and, if needed, after the lotion. The pack contains 50 ml.

How to use

Apply the cream to clean facial skin, avoiding the area around the eyes. According to the manufacturer, it can be used daily.

It works best as part of the Puzzle routine: cleansing with Puzzle gel or soap, then Puzzle lotion 2–3 times a week, and finally a thin layer of cream. During the day, it is a good idea to apply sun protection on top.

Who is it for?

The cream is intended for teenagers and adults with oily and combination skin, enlarged pores, blackheads and occasional pimples who need light hydration rather than a rich cream.

Important notes

  • Do not apply to the area around the eyes.
  • Contains salicylic acid and fragrance ingredients; stop use if redness, stinging or itching occurs.
  • The cream has no sun protection factor (SPF).
  • Severe forms of acne (painful lumps, cysts, scarring) require examination by a dermatologist.

Oily, acne-prone skin needs hydration just as much as dry skin – when skin is dried out by aggressive cleansing, the glands produce even more sebum. So do not skip the cream even when you use the lotion: a thin layer, the size of a pea for the whole face, is quite enough.

If you also use other products with acids or retinoids, introduce them gradually, one at a time, and watch how your skin reacts. During the day always protect your face from the sun, as marks left by pimples darken more easily in sunlight.

1. Can Puzzle cream be worn under make-up?

Yes. The cream absorbs quickly and contains kaolin, which mattifies the skin, so it is suitable as a base under make-up. Wait a few minutes for it to absorb.

2. Is the cream moisturising enough?

The cream is designed as light hydration for oily and problem skin. It contains panthenol, allantoin, aloe juice and vitamin E; for dry skin it may not be enough.

3. Is it applied to the whole face or only to pimples?

The cream is applied to clean facial skin, avoiding the eye area. For targeted care of individual pimples, there is the Puzzle stick concealer.

4. Does Puzzle cream protect against the sun?

No, the cream has no SPF. During the day apply a product with sun protection on top, especially if you use products with acids alongside it.

Pharmacy Online has a contract with the Daily Express courier service and it is delivered on the territory of the Republic of Serbia through this service. Exports of goods to foreign countries are done through DHL and PostExport.

For all orders received up to 12h from Monday to Friday, the approximate delivery time is 2-4 business days for the whole territory of the Republic of Serbia. In case the order is placed on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), the delivery is done as well as for the orders received on Monday - so next business day.

For goods ordered up to 5.000,00 RSD, delivery charge is 260.00 RSD (VAT included). For goods over 5.000,00 RSD, shipping is free of charge.

For international delivery:

For the export of goods abroad through the PostExport service of Post of Serbia, the shipping price is for:

  • Zone I (Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia) - 1,280.00 RSD
  • Zone II (Other European countries) - 1,790.00 RSD

Delivery time is 15 days or more (depending on the country of delivery)

For export of goods abroad through DHL service, the shipping price is 2,700.00 RSD. Delivery time is 1-5 business days (depending on the country of delivery)

Shipping cost is with tax. The price includes the delivery of the parcel to the buyer's address with the associated tax and customs at the seller's expense. A possible additional cost may be a customs charge against the buyer, depending on the country to which the package is being shipped.
