Magnesium citrate combined with active vitamin B6

This product provides a relatively high supplemental amount of magnesium – 400 mg per daily serving. Check other multivitamins, electrolyte products and magnesium supplements before combining them.

Higher supplemental magnesium intakes may cause diarrhoea, loose stools, nausea or abdominal discomfort in some people.

Magnesium can interfere with the absorption of certain antibiotics and oral bisphosphonates. Appropriate spacing may therefore be required.
