Directions for use

1. Cleanse the face in the evening and remove make-up, sunscreen and impurities.
2. Apply a hydrating serum or another suitable treatment first when required.
3. Take a small amount with clean, dry fingers or a cosmetic spatula.
4. Distribute evenly over the face, neck and décolletage.
5. Massage gently using circular movements.
6. Avoid the immediate eye area and direct contact with mucous membranes.
7. Apply a slightly richer layer to very dry and flaky areas when needed.
8. Use every evening or according to individual skin needs and tolerance.
9. Use an appropriate sunscreen during the daytime.

Night cream is the final step of the evening routine. Apply it after cleansing and serum, once the previous products have absorbed. A small amount is usually sufficient for the whole face.

Because of shea butter, beeswax and botanical oils, Monterma Night Cream has a richer emollient profile. It may be most suitable for normal, dry, dehydrated and mature skin, while very oily skin should begin with a thin layer.

When using a retinoid, exfoliating acid or another intensive active treatment, apply the cream afterwards for additional moisturising support. Introduce new active products gradually to identify possible irritation more easily.

Bifida ferment is a cosmetic ferment and should not be confused with orally administered probiotics. Copper peptide and the vitamin-C derivative complement the skincare routine, but results depend on consistency, the complete routine and individual skin characteristics.

Use an appropriate SPF every morning, particularly when the evening routine includes retinoids, acids or dark-spot treatments.
