Directions

The product is practical when an intensive ten-day course is required. A lower-dose product intended for prolonged daily use may be more appropriate for longer-term microbiota support.

Temporary bloating or a change in bowel frequency may occur during the first days. Stop use and seek advice if symptoms are severe or continue to worsen.

Adequate hydration and the gradual return of fibre-rich food are also important. Microbiota balance depends on diet and daily habits, not only on supplements.

Blood in the stool, high fever, severe pain, night-time symptoms, anaemia or unexplained weight loss should not be self-managed with probiotics.
