For mouth rinsing: Twice a day, rinse your mouth thoroughly with 15 ml of the solution for one minute, and then be sure to spit it out (the liquid must not be swallowed!). Golden rule: After applying Hibideks liquid, it is strictly forbidden to rinse the mouth with water, eat, drink, or brush teeth for the next 30 minutes, so that the chlorhexidine can achieve its full effect!

For dentures: For supplementary hygiene maintenance, first clean the denture, and then soak it in Hibideks liquid for 15 minutes, twice a day.

1. Can I use Hibideks every day all year round as a regular mouthwash?
No. Hibideks 0.12% is a strong medical preparation. Its use is recommended for a maximum duration of up to one month. Excessive, multi-month use of chlorhexidine can lead to temporary (and harmless) darkening of tooth enamel, which disappears after stopping use or by polishing at the dentist.

2. What is the shelf life after opening?
After opening the bottle for the first time, keep the liquid in its original packaging at a temperature up to 25°C and use it within a maximum of one month.

Shipping cost is with tax. The price includes the delivery of the parcel to the buyer's address with the associated tax and customs at the seller's expense. A possible additional cost may be a customs charge against the buyer, depending on the country to which the package is being shipped.
