Directions

Long-term control depends on keeping stools soft and regular. Increase water, fruit, vegetables and soluble fibre gradually to reduce straining.

Avoid prolonged sitting on the toilet and excessive straining. Do not postpone the urge to pass stool because harder stools can further irritate hemorrhoids and fissures.

Hemorex is primarily intended for external care. Internal hemorrhoids, substantial bleeding or severe pain may require a different product form or proctological assessment.

Rectal bleeding should not be assumed to come from hemorrhoids without assessment, especially when mixed with stool or accompanied by changes in bowel habits or unexplained weight loss.

The smaller pack is practical for occasional care. Recurrent symptoms require assessment of constipation, diet, prolonged sitting and other contributing factors.
