EGIS PHARMACEUTICALS
Egis Pharmaceuticals PLC is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies in Central and Eastern Europe, headquartered in Budapest, Hungary. It was founded in 1913 and today is part of the Japanese pharmaceutical group Servier. Aegis deals with the development and production of original and generic drugs, and is especially known for drugs in the fields of cardiology, neurology, psychiatry and internal medicine. Their products are exported to more than 60 countries, including Serbia, where Grandaxin is one of their most famous preparations.
