Before use: shake the bottle well.

For difficulty falling asleep: apply two sprays under the tongue shortly before bedtime. Two sprays provide a total of 1 mg of melatonin.

For jet lag: apply one to two sprays shortly before bedtime on the first day of travel and for several days after arrival. The usual course is 4–8 days.
