BonART Complex 30 capsules is a food supplement for adults combining MSM, hydrolysed bovine collagen, native type II collagen B-2COOL®, turmeric rhizome extract, vitamins C and D and manganese.

Directions for use

However, the 50 mg amount of hydrolysed collagen is substantially lower than the gram-level quantities commonly found in collagen powders and liquids. The distinguishing feature of this product is therefore not a high dose of hydrolysed collagen, but its combination with 10 mg of native type II collagen and other ingredients.
The product should not be presented as a treatment that rebuilds severely damaged cartilage or replaces osteoarthritis therapy. Appropriate exercise, weight management, physical therapy and treatment adapted to the cause of pain remain fundamental.
People taking blood-thinning medication, living with gallbladder disease or preparing for surgery should check whether turmeric is appropriate for them.
