B-group vitamins participate in numerous metabolic processes. The vitamins included in the formula contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal functioning of the nervous system and normal psychological function, while individual B vitamins also contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and normal immune-system function.
