The blend of lactic ferments contains:

Amount per recommended daily serving: one 2.5 g sachet provides 10 billion live lactic acid bacteria, equivalent to 10 × 10⁹ CFU.

Directions: dissolve the contents of one sachet in a large glass containing approximately 150–200 ml of water. Take one sachet daily for a period of one to three months. The course may be repeated when required and according to the advice of a healthcare professional.

Important information: do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not replace a varied, balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
