Inofolic Combi 30 Capsules is a food supplement combining myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol in a physiological 40:1 ratio with folic acid. It is intended for adult women who, following professional advice, wish to supplement their diet with inositols and folate.

Each softgel capsule contains 550 mg of myo-inositol, 13.8 mg of D-chiro-inositol and 200 µg of folic acid. The recommended daily intake of two capsules provides 1,100 mg of myo-inositol, 27.6 mg of D-chiro-inositol and 400 µg of folic acid.

How to take Inofolic Combi

Recommended use: take one capsule twice daily, leaving approximately 12 hours between doses.

Swallow the capsules with a sufficient amount of water. At two capsules daily, one package provides approximately 15 days of use.

Do not increase the recommended intake without advice from a gynaecologist, endocrinologist or pharmacist. Women planning a pregnancy or already pregnant should check their total folate intake from all supplements.

Allergens and capsule origin: contains soya-derived ingredients, including soya oil and soya lecithin. The capsule shell contains gelatin and is not suitable for vegans.

Important information

Inofolic Combi is a food supplement and not a medicine. It cannot independently diagnose, treat or cure polycystic ovary syndrome, insulin resistance, diabetes or infertility.

It does not replace metformin, hormonal therapy, ovulation-induction treatment or other medicines prescribed by a doctor.

People taking glucose-lowering medicines, hormonal therapy or fertility treatment should consult a healthcare professional before use.

Pregnant or breastfeeding women should use the product according to their gynaecologist’s advice and check whether other prenatal supplements already contain folic acid or folate.

The product contains soya. People with an allergy to soya or another ingredient should not use it.

Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Inofolic Combi should not be confused with Inofolic Combi HP. The original Combi contains myo-inositol, D-chiro-inositol and folic acid, while the HP formula additionally contains alpha-lactalbumin.

Irregular cycles, absent ovulation, increased facial or body hair, acne or difficulty conceiving require appropriate gynaecological and endocrine assessment because similar symptoms may have different causes.

For women with insulin resistance, supplementation does not replace an adapted diet, regular physical activity, sufficient sleep or prescribed treatment.

Women planning pregnancy should check their total intake of folate and vitamin B12, particularly when using a prenatal multivitamin at the same time.
