Inositol is part of the B complex. It is important for the nutrition of cells of the central nervous system and participates in the development and maintenance of healthy brain function, and closely cooperates with choline in the transport and removal of fat from the heart and liver. Choline and inositol together form lecithin, a lipid that is necessary for the formation of cell membranes, which has a lipotropic effect and supports the absorption of vitamins A and B-1.
Inositol is vital for hair growth (anti-alopecia factor) and as part of lecithin, together with choline, it can participate in the prevention of cholesterol formation and reduction.
There are claims that it has a calming effect on the nervous system, so it can potentially support depression therapies, panic attacks, and even prevent Alzheimer's disease.
Inositol deficiency can result in fatty degeneration of the liver, stunted growth and hair loss. It was also established that hyperthyroidism is always accompanied by inositol deficiency.
Inositol has a soothing effect and can be useful for eczema.

For the export of goods abroad through the PostExport service of Post of Serbia, the shipping price is for:
- Zone I (Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia) - 1,280.00 RSD
- Zone II (Other European countries) - 1,790.00 RSD

For export of goods abroad through DHL service, the shipping price is 2,700.00 RSD. Delivery time is 1-5 business days (depending on the country of delivery)
Shipping cost is with tax. The price includes the delivery of the parcel to the buyer's address with the associated tax and customs at the seller's expense. A possible additional cost may be a customs charge against the buyer, depending on the country to which the package is being shipped.
